They provide not only shade and cement floor, but they are electrified and available for rent. | The first priority for an enhanced amenity at HPR was almost universally for better bathroom facilities. Great news!!! For the 2010 season that wish has been fulfilled. A very nice bathroom trailer is now in place. Karl McColl (SCCA) is very impressed, as will be all HPR users. | |||

The Inaugural Season "The Straw Hat Gala" at HPR was Saturday August 1st. It was such a huge success, we're devoting an entire page to photos of this grand event. This day long party and fund raiser will go down in HPR's history as a most memorable and significant event. Also covering the event was Ashley Wilson, an intern at Channel 9 (and "a huge IndyCar fan"). On her blog she has posted a very nice short video which she produced covering the event. Thanks, Ashley!

May 14, 2009 -- A Media Day was held where Gov. Bill Ritter and Bill Howard, track designer (RMVR) perform a ceremonial ribbon cutting. A great day for Colorado and amateur motorsports racing.
